music on my iPhone

I'm using a unlocked 2G iPhone with 1.1.4 firmware with 7.4.1.2 iTunes. When I have the phone connected to my computer it won't let me add or remove songs from my phone. Can somebody help m here. Thanks

Your post need to be more clarified,but 1st of all,u need 2 see ur iphone's name on itunes.Then drag&drop ur songs 2 itunes or delete them on it.Then sync with iphone.
