Default Question About Rhapsody with iPhone

I know that you can download MP3s from Rhapsody for the iPhone. But I want to know if there is a way to convert the standard MP3 bitrate to 320 kbps, I was wondering if I could burn the music to an Audio disk, and then from the audio disk, convert the music to 320 kbps MP3 files. Is this possible. I just want to make the music I download from Rhapsody 320 kbps.

what has worked for me is actually importing the music into itunes, right click and select "get info" then in one of the tabs (sorry i cant remember which one) there is an option for volume. just spike that baby all the way up there.

why dont you just import the Rhapsody songs into itunes, put them into a playlist, highlight them all, and then just increase the bitrate all at one time. how much easier are you looking for? if you want to just increase bitrates on music period just find some third party application to do that for you but the way im telling you works perfect. as far as the cd thing goes...just burn them to a disc and import it into itunes at 320 kbps. you can configure that in settings.

Oh, is it really that easy? I read that downloaded music could not be improved in quality, only audio cds could, but if you can increase the bitrate like that then thanks.

yeah. i do it with ALL my music. what i did when it was time for me to do this was import all my music into itunes, highlight it all, then right clicked and hit get info and just slammed that volume level all the way up. works perfectly. or just import it via the cd method too....it works the same.
