i was wondering if anyone could make me an avatar.

this is how i would like it. there is a smily holding a sign that says 1st! (in black)
then another on comes in and scribbles on his sign and writes banned accross it(in red) and then the smilie looks at the sigh upset and the other one laughs.

e-dragon i kno you are extreamly good with smilies like this and it will be greatly appreaciated if someone would do this for me.
