Ring tone and movie Qs

I'm getting a 16 white 3g and am just wonderring whats the best way to put mp3 ringtones that i have already edited down to where i want them in 30 second clips. And is ther a way to put movies on 3g iphone?.
Im not real into itunes so i dont know my way around it to much.If anyone can answer these Qs or direct me in the right spot i'll apprecieat it.

Answer: iTunes. Sorry.

To use your own Ringtunes, you can simply convert your MP3's to AAC (which can also be done in iTunes). This will give them the extension .m4a, change this extension to .m4r and then double click on it. iTunes will automatically suck it up and place it in the Ringtones section. When you sync, they'll be moved to your iPhone.

Same with Movies, you need to Sync movies over with iTunes, otherwise the iPod will not see or be able to play them.
