the thing is can some tell me if i can install this and it will be unlocked or is it no good to me what so ever,,or is it just for testing pupose only

as far as I have heard, you should stay away from this, very buggy and has an expiration date attatched to it.

You need a developer account to even use it / activate it.

You people need to get this tiny thing called PATIENCE. You have nothing to gain from updating except wasting a number of hours which end with you going back to 1.1.4.
