Im just wondering if iPhones bought since the firmware update was released in september are coming with the 1.1.1. firmware pre-installed ?

but could you ask the apple store seller to give you a old firmware iphone ? or is it to obvious ?
so... iphones sold in this date are more likely to have 1.1.1 than 1.0.2 ?

i have a couple of iphones bought a while ago and theres no indication in the box about the firmware it has installed.
my friend, the first time went to buy them and the limit was 5 per customer, but they made him sign a paper where it said that he wasnt going to resell the phones or something like that.. i dont know if that has changed or something..
anyway as theres no phisical indicators when buying a new iphone rather than opening, activating it and seeing its firmware thats why i want to know which firmware it has
