Before i click that itunes restore button, i want to know, if it's gonna update phones firmware as well? My itunes version is 7.4.1.2

    Download original firmware files (links to these files are on MMI)
    Start iTunes
    Clock option+restore
    Load up the original ipsw file that you downloaded
    Restore
    Don't screw your iphone up again.

    If itunes wants to download the latest (1.1.1) firmware files, DO NOT let it do so.

    Actually this is my first activation on new iPhone and i managed to do the restore. Now that i'm trying to use AppTap Installer, it says sending to iPhone failed. Any hints how should i proceed.

    Connect your phone with iTunes (you will hear a bell from your PC speakers) close iTunes and terminate the process from your Task Manager > iTunes.exe and iTunesHelper.exe

    Run AppInstaller :-)

    Heh, i forgot to close itunes from taskbar
