08-06-2007, 06:19 AM #9I have 220.127.116.11 and same error
Does anybody else have this error as I do as well, and I do not know how to get around it...
I'm running Vista Ultimate 32-bit, updated with the latest updates, and downloaded the latest iTunes today. Have no firewall, even the windows firewall is disabled.
Any solutions would be appreciated.

Yes, I have the same problem. Until now i have unfortunately no solution. I'm running Windows XP so it can't be a problem only of the windows vista.

08-07-2007, 12:14 AM #11I found the sollution!!!
Have you hacked your iphone with DVD John, or PDVQ method?
If you changed your HOSTS file usinh ultra edit, you have to find your old HOST file and replace with the changed file, restart the itunes and it will syncro with your iphone.
It worked for me!!!
08-12-2007, 11:45 AM #12thanks

09-06-2007, 01:43 PM #13Simple fix.
Hey I also had this error appear after updating iTunes. I uninstalled the latest version, and downgraded to the version required to do the activation and the error was still there. I have not updated the firmware on the phone either.
I am a novice user and trying to find the answers to do the host file as mentioned prior was difficult. So I just re-did the PQ-DVD activation hack. everything is back to normal with the outdated version of iTunes.
Everything works fine, I guess it is a lession to some us. If it ain't broke don't fix it. There was no "need" for me to update iTunes.

i got the solution, just search for your hosts file on your computer. it should be in windows/system32/drivers/etc
delete the line with 1xx.xx.xx apple.com on it
