Caller ID and SMS Contact and Number Linking Problem

Hi Guys,

Just checking if there's any application i can download to solve the problem?

As all calls coming into the phone automatically reflects a +65 XXXXXXX (country code + number) and i can't seem to get the phone to ignore the area code and recognise the number

Any advice?
