Bought it secondhand locally. Imagine my surprise when I saw it was running 9.3.2!
Now the big question is whether or not to jailbreak?
I've had iPhones in the past that I jailbreaked, but i've been on an Apple hiatus for awhile, so i'm a bit out of the loop.

Or use Cydia Eraser to bring back to stock 9.3.2

    Thanks for the quick replies!
Would you recommend one of those sites over the other?

The second link is easier to follow.

The last iPhone I had that I jailbroke, I remember I had to hook it up to my PC to transfer files back & forth for the particular theme. After looking through some of the themes, things seem different. How easy/difficult is it to put a theme on a phone anymore?

I didn't see an option for 9.3.2 on the second link.

Sorry. Wrong link. That one is for restore .ipsw. You can use the first link with no issues.

Do I have to worry about Pangu (or anyone else) hacking my phone if I jailbreak?

Then it'll just be a matter of choosing a theme. A few years ago it was somewhat complicated to install one. Is that still the case?
I saw one in particular I like, but the directions seem confusing and complicated.

All you need is tweak called Anemone and any Anemone compatible theme. That's the easiest way.
