Once installed you can spoof it from packages list ... it is hidden, that's why I'm asking

Un-spoof it then I guess. I don't use the app nor do I spoof apps, so not much more help then that, sorry.

Yeah but how to unspoof it lol ?
Anyway thx for your answer

Is spoofing it something that is done through the app, or are you using Spoof or SBSettings?

From the app I think...
Doesn't OwnSpy store a log I can check with iFile or some config file maybe ?

Here is a link to their web site, it has a hotline and support link. I would try that.
iPhone Spy | Free to try | SMS - WhatsApp - Cell Tracking - Screen Capture
When your device is registered you will be able to hide OwnSpy for good and control it remotely from your user panel. You can also hide Cydia too, this way it will seems that the device was not jailbroken. You can remove OwnSpy from your iPhone or iPad remotely. Just enter to your user panel and go to the Settings page of the device you want to remove OwnSpy from, select the option "Remove OwnSpy Remotely" and OwnSpy will be uninstalled from your device.

No problem. Did you see what I posted about removing it?

Yeah but that's for the person monitoring it, from a website with an account. The one spied on doesn't have this info so can't log on this control panel

Oh I see. Well, if you restore your device in iTunes, it will certainly remove it. If that is not an option, certainly OwnSpy support will be able to help you out. Has legal ramifications.
