1.1.4 memory help

i was hoping someone can help me out i cant install no more apps im out of disk space but i only got 34 apps installed and i see people saying they have 70 apps installed or so i heard boss tool app move works but i don't want to use it until someone says it works for sure i don't want my apps to not work anymore.i know how to move apps the 1.1.2 way but i know everything different on 1.1.4.

well big boss got a repo where you download "boss tool" and it would move ringtones and a couple of other things to another part of the iPhone where the music is stored. But I know the name of the app is boss tool
