SOOOO strange! I am not able to receive any sms - I CAN SEND OUT but can't receive... what the helll????

Secondly!

I am not able to hear anything when someone picks up the links. I am able to hear the phone ringing when I call someone, but I can't hear when the person picks uP!

Any had this problem? PLease help
