My phone has stopped working suddenly, everytime i start my phone i get the screen says please connect to itunes, when i connect to iphone then i get an error message on itune.
""There is a problem with your iPhone. Please visit the Service Answer Center to find answers to all your questions about service options, warranty and other processes in your country. To find your nearest Apple Store, click here."
This is not the error message that i am getting when the iphone is on DFU mode. my phone was not jailbroken.
I have an iphone 4, iOS 6.1.3.
I have tried to restore 10 times, it always give me the same message.
Can someone help me to get my phone fixed?

Have you tried to restore under pwned DFU mode? If you don't know how to put your iPhone in pwned DFU mode, download Redsn0w or iReb.
You can download iReb at ih8sn0w.com
and Redsn0w at Dev-Team Blog
