Yes, i'm running LockInfo, but I can't seem to find an option in any of the settings within it. I also just installed BatteryDoctorPro and it may have appeared at the same time, but again, I can't seem to find it within that app.

just checked! call forwarding is not on.. though i turned it on just now, then back off, just to cycle it in hopes the icon might go away. still there. and yes, i've been running the Sarif theme for some time, that's a good call.. maybe i should ask COdy-lg if he knows what is causing it.

It'll be LockInfo...that tweak throws so many icons all over the place...I've had the same issue with other SMS/speaker icons etc.

To find ALL the files where LockInfo is installed Nav to the install "list" file
/var/lib/dpkg/info
Look for something named
com.ashman.lockinfo.list
It's ideal if u have iFile installed and if you click on that file it shows ALL the files installed and where..
See if that helps
In pretty sure some of the files remain behind...it doesn't completely uninstall everything...images in SpringBoard app, Library...it's takes over really...Last edited by Jato_BZ; 03-20-2013 at 03:23 PM.

I agree with Jato_BZ, it looks like something that LockInfo or OpenNotifier would do. Have you installed any other Cydia apps recently that are related to calls?
