First try a different cable. If still doesn't work look at the USB connection on the bottom of the phone and see if there is any dirt/damage to it.

    I cleaned the dock connection
Used different cables with different laptops, but no use
Still can't access the iPhone 😰

Check the actual gold connections in it. Make sure they are all there.

If you look at the USB connection you will see gold looking metal parts there. These are the actual contacts, check to make sure they are all there and not are missing or damaged.

Have you tried putting the phone in DFU mode? Maybe then the computer would connect to it, I doubt it but its worth a shot.

Restore before apple pushes 6.1.3 then you'll be SoL.

First of all, does the operating system recognize the iPhone? On windows task bar click on the USB devices icon to see if your iPhone is listed. If not, there is probably a problem with the docking connector. Use a compressed air can to see if you can blow out any debris and try to wipe the gold contacts with 99% rubbing alcohol.

If Windows see the device, try to use third-party apps such as ifunbox and iTools to see if they can recognize the iPhone.

    Good luck
