Deleting Cydia Apps

Hi guys anyone having this issue, every time I delete an app from my iPhone 5 running 6.1, it deletes but phone reboots goes on safe mode then when I take it out of safe mode, the app that I deleted is still there any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You sure u don't have tweak disabled in mobile substrate? Is it one specific tweak or anyone? If one specific one try to reinstall again then delete.

Whoops u said app not tweak. Try n delete from settings/ usage instead of wiggle mode.

Also disable all tweaks prior to deleting app. Power down phone, power back on, and hold volume up button until phone completely boots up. Kind of like safe mode. Can u delete app when in safe mode?

Yes u kan delete upps when you're in safemode
