    Ya mine does that from time to time. Something to do with not fully charged when unplugged so it doesn't give ya accurate reading.

    Oh ok hmm that is weird. So I just recharge it to 100% and then it will be back to normal?

    If the phone is jailbroken, every time you respring, usage is reset.

    This. Will also happen if springboard crashes.
