How : Stop iphone 5 6.1 update

- How do i stop my iphone 5 from updating to ios 6.1.
- Whenever i connect it through wifi it starts downloading the 6.1 firmware.
- Any Solution ?

It should say "there is a new FW available - do you want to download / download & update" or similar. Just hit no. Other option is to ensure your computer isn't connected to the Internet when you connect your phone

i use the R-Sim for my iphone 5 that's why it wont work on 6.1.

Solution : I stopped it through itunes from unchecking automatically download updates.

here's just a suggestion, but why not pay someone really cheap to have it permanently remain unlocked without worrying about the updated baseband?

I know of someone here if you are interested..

Besides you probably won't want to leave your iphone 5 unjailbroken, it wants room to breathe

It is of Sprint and the unlock haven't came yet i am stuck with it.

Any Suggestions Regarding Unlock?
