iPhone4 will not save contacts

I am having an issue where I cannot save contacts to my iphone 4 running on firmware 5.1.1. I can't say when it the issue started as I have not added any new contacts until yesterday. Whether I save as new contact or edited an existing contact, the info will not save to phone. I do not see the name added on the contact list.

The phone is jailbroken but not unlock.

Have you restored your contacts manually using ifile / ifunbox / iPhone explorer or SSH? Sounds like your permissions may be screwed up. This happened to me when I manually restored contacts and picture roll. If your permissions are incorrect then it won't let you save.

No, all my restored contacts are done through itunes only. Would you know what folder I need to manually edit the permission?

Permissions are a pain. var/Mobile/Libray if I remember correctly.

All the files in the folder are set to these permissions

The folder itself is set to the following permissions
