why my iphone 4s is not turning on?

hello….ihave an iphone 4s the black one with 5.1.1 firm ware…one night the percent of battery became low and i decided to turn it off and charg it next day..but when i plug it for 2 hours its just charging and how much i try to turn it on i cannot and when i discard the charger from phone it shows me the shape of plug your phone to charge …….i use another cable and charger but that solution is not responding ………..is there any suggestion for me ? please help!!!

my phone is turning on right now but the battery percentage is becoming low very fast ? what should i do help please
