If I'm currently using 5.11 can I restore and keep it?

Hey there, my Iphone 3gs just got bricked at the start logo and I wonder if it can be restored without upgrading to 6.01. It is on the new bootrom. I have not been able to back up the shsh blobs or anything yet.

Without 5.1.1 blobs (or any other), I think your stuck going to 6.0.1, don't believe there is a way.
