Default Erase all data on jailbroken iPhone 4s
I want to remove everything from my device...I tried the redsn0w re-restore but it don't work cause my 4s had factory installed 5.1.1....
So I have an idea to erase all the data from the iOS settings...but it don't work on jailbroken devices...so if I remove the rocky raccoon from cydia I will un-jailbreak it as the description says...does anyone know if this will let me erase my iPhone ?

Removing rocky racoon will not erase your data, only a reset or restore. A reset all settings is not recommended on a jailbroken device.

It will still be jail broken. A restore as new will be the only way.
