Yep tried all that. In the end I found another repo with an older version. That done the trick. I have told the author that it doesn't work. Had no response. Cheers anyway.

Hello there
What is this repo with the old version, its doing my sweeeede in I can't close my apps in one go now!! Please help I notified the developer as well but it appears he's closed his twitter account now.

I never had this issue.
Sigh....i5 being restored as I type, Can't believe I won't have JB....then again with 1gb ram, maybe I won't ever need to close any apps anymore?
