Default What is my iPhone doing?
It goes to the apple logo then goes off and goes to the charging thing when your iPhone is dead and back to the apple logo etc. I have tried numberous bootlopp fixes and recovery mode too but still doing the same thing, iPhone 3GS, 5.1.1 (I think, possibly on iOS 6) iPad BB

You need to do a restore using a Custom firmware of 5.1.1. Not sure if apple is still signing 5.1.1 firmware. If not, you need shsh blob for verifications.

You download redsn0w 0.9.14b2 and create a N0_BB ipsw. Assuming apple is still signing 5.1.1, use redsn0w to put iphone into pwned dfu mode, run itunes : shift + restore to custom firmware of 5.1.1.
If you are getting error 3194, it means apple no longer signs 5.1.1 then you need to create a stitched ipsw of 5.1.1 using your saved 5.1.1 blob (If you have it) , put iphone into pwned dfu mode and restore to this stitched blob.

If you can somehow boot up your iphone, then you can run redsn0w to downgrade your ipad bb to an unlockable bb of 05.13.xx.
