Cannot make facetime calls over 3G on iOS 6 (iPhone 4)
As the you can see from the title, I'm pissed! I upgraded to iOS6 with joy knowing that i could make FaceTime calls on the road, but much to my dismay, I cannot!! My wife is on a different carrier and she can, so I'm inclined to think it's carrier blocked?!?! Can somebody tell me if it is carrier dependent or is there something else wrong with my device? BTW, mine is a factory unlocked over tigo carrier in Guatemala. Any help appreciated!!!

FaceTime video calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection. FaceTime over a cellular network requires iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, or iPad (3rd generation) with cellular data capability. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.

According to apple's own site, iPhone 4 is also facetime ready over 3G...

If I remember correctly, AT&T only allows that if you buy an extra package even though apple is allowing it.
