iPhone 4 can't connect to app store and netflix when using wifi. help?

First time I've ever seen this issue. I have been trying to watch Netflix from my app and when connected to wifi I cannot get netflix to connect and after having my data throttled by at&t it's pretty much useless on 3g. On the app store on wifi I also keep getting "Cannot connect to app store" errors as well, however it works fine on 3g. Can't figure out why this is happening at all. I recently did a re-restore to 5.1.1 and rejailbroke as always. I'm thinking about doing another restore but can't update to 6.0 until a jailbreak is released (phone is messed up and requires jailbreak workarounds to function). Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Hi, I have found that when my App Store Apps won't download, reinstalling Safari Download Manager fixed it every time it has happened.
