You can do this with xBackup or another package saver from Cydia.

Im doing a search about making backups, and i did find about xBackup and this so called PKGBackup, i decided to use the xbackup but when i saw this "PKGBackup will scan your jailbroken iOS device to determine what you need to back up, and the app will let you choose what types of files to save (preference files, Cydia sources, App Store apps, etc.)" if my understanding is right, it can backup apps that came from appstore? which xBackup can't??

What i want is, i can backup cydia apps/tweaks, paid/free, and also apps from appstore, and files that is important.

*i found what im looking for, PKGbackup for jailbreak apps/tweaks and iTunes Backup for appstore and phone settings. it is only now that i learned about itunes backup
