Cydia cant reinstall

I just jailbroke my iphone 4 (gsm) 16GB 5.1.1 whith absinthe but cydia dosent work, the only pakages i have are the ones that come whith cydia and when i search there are no results. I saw on a video that it was solved by reinstalling cydia installer but I CAN'T. Instead of saying modify on the right top corner it says delete an it only lets you remove cydia installer

I concur, as mentioned if the repos were good yesterday and now not, then assume its swamp

I had the problem for a while with my iPad 3, but it resolved and every thing installed fine. My iPad 2 has been clean restored twice and still nothing in Cydia. It still lists my purchases, but everything says "Cannot Locate Package." All the exact same repos that were (and are currently) found by my iPad 3 are not found by my iPad 2.

I reinstalled the Cydia app on my iPad 3 and was able to get it to work, but when I tried the exact same thing on my iPad 2, I too only had the 'remove' option. I am still stuck.
