tethered 3gs ios 5.1 cant receive notification from apps

hello,

After i upgrade to ios 5.1 my iphone dont have any notification from apps like Whatsapps,Viber,or any other 3rd party apps,only from native apps,

is anyone can help me fix it? i already check the setting and everything is on.

or is it because 3gs doesnt really support ios 5.1 :-(
so0o bad apple is making thing like this

No...should be fine...I was on 5.x several times with no issues like that..so have millions of others...I would try a fresh restore and start over...make sure u back everything up somehow...

I had a similar problem when I updated to iOS 5 with my 3GS. The only things that fixed it was to restore and rejailbreak.
