Iphone 4 stuck in 'Safe Mode'

Please help. My Iphone is stuck in safe mode. I haven't recently installed any Cydia packages and this problem has just happened. At first it just went in safe mode on its own accord when I was say typing a text out or loading a game or other app up. but would let me respring into normal mode. Now its started happening 100% of the time.

I have an Iphone 4 on 5.0.1.

Any ideas?

what packages did you install? iPhone itself doesn't have a 'safe mode'.
open Cydia and make sure that there are no required upgrades.

If you have SBSettings, you can go to "mobile Substrate Addons" an disable one at a time to try to find the one that is causing the issue.
