Help: iTunes and app sync issues
Hi everyone, I've spent the last two days trying to resolve the issue of itunes not syncing apps to my phone (I should point out here that these are normal free apps downloaded from the apps store itself). When I try to sync them itunes says 'determining apps to sync' then finishes the sync without actually transferring them. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling app sync, different usb cables/ports, just about everything. I even tried to restore but I was getting a bunch of random errors, think the host file is corrupt somehow!
I'm running 5.0.1 untethered and the latest version of itunes on mac, if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Why do you have app sync installed in the first place then if they are apps from the store.

App sync causes several issues. And really is not even needed unless you pirate apps. (Help with pirated apps is not allowed on MMi)
After that is uninstalled reboot or respring and try again.

Fixed now, seemed that once I had synced apps in safe mode it then decided to let me sync normally!
Cer0, thank you ever so much for your help, you were so understanding and polite! xD
