Need some advise please

Hi all,

I have a OTB 1.1.2 which has been jailbroken. I have installed many apps and wallpapers etc. and have been real happy with the way the phone has been. Yesturday while cleanning up and deleteing a few things off the phone i dont use much, things didn't go to plan and now none of the apps work all of my phone numbers, ringtones, wallpapers have disapeared i cant even open or write a text,its like the phone has been wiped except all is left is the icons.

This is where i need advise maybe even a little direction where to start, question? Do i reinstall 1.1.2 and how or do i go 1.1.3 there are many of you who have been using this later firmware for sometime are there many improvements over 1.1.2, have you still got the level of access for using third party apps. So, what do i do stay with 1.1.2 or is it worth going to .3?. Thanks

Stay with 1.1.2, it is more stable at this time and it supports more apps. Well it really depends on what you think of each firmware, er, what I am trying to say is that "the decision ultimately comes down to you".

give a chance a 1.1.4

just have in mind it don't support all apps, like customize (rigth now)

and ifilip about stable or not is just about the apps you run, not the firmware it self.

Yes thats what im talking about, stableness and the apps. I didn't know how far its got with 1.1.3.

thanks mate you've answered my question perfectly. What do you think i should do now? do i have to go through the whole jailbreak process again or is it just a firmware reinstall?

I know what you mean about stable apps thats whats just done my phone in. In 1.3 and 1.4 have they sorted out the way texting is done cos it is rubbish on 1.2 you cant even forward a text

If you can live without the google maps locate me feature, stick with 1.1.2, its way more stable then 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.

i have 1.1.4 and have had no problems whatsoever

and i have customize and every other app running perfectly

What comes with 1.1.4? that makes it worth upgrading, I will be happy if its stable and that all the third party apps work, but are there changes or improvements to texting?
