No WIFI!!NO BLUETOOTH!!ALL MESSED UP

HI,
I had a 0tb 1.1.2 iphone, i was using turbosim on it. was working good. I found out about ziphone, downloaded it and used it. unlocking worked. wifi and bluetooth greyd out. cant do anything abuot it. I've tried all the methods listed in all the forms, re-flashed the baseband, tried ibooter everything.
Yesterday mornin i was tryin to restore it, i do not know what happnd, it got stuck in the apple screen. so i had to restart it again and restore it back to 1.1.4. NOW THE IMEI IS MESSED. I HAVE THE DAMAGED IMEI, NO WIFI AND NO BLUETOOTH. THE PHONE CRASHES FREQUENTLY, NO CALLS IN SLEEP MODE..AND LOADS OF OTHER PROBLEMS.
WHEN I REFLASHED THE BASEBAND THIS IS WHAT OUTPUT I GOT :

I THOUGHT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 4.6 BOOTLOADER, BUT IT SAYS 3.8.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS..NOT A TECHY PERSON.
