Drpooed the phone in the toilet!!

Yup, you read right. My wife just dropped her phone in the toilet!! Don't worry, it was the first thing that happned this morning so it was only water... Well I font know what to do. I took the cover off and held a blow dryer to it for a while.
It turns on. It works fine, except an inch wide strip of an area that seems brighter than the rest of the screen, and, here's the bad part, it won't turn off. It powers down completely, but the second it turns off it turns right back on. Does anyone have any advice?
