iCloud help needed for new iphone ATT store setup as new on accident.

I purchased an iphone 4s to replace an iphone 4 that was using icloud backup.

I didnt have the old iphone 4 with me. The ATT store rep gave me the iphone 4s and said it was activated.

I got home and turn my new iphone 4s on and it didnt do the initial iphone setup screens. It just went to the home screen. And I dont have my laptop to do a restore.

How can I get my new iphone 4s to display the INITIAL setup prompts so I can sign into icloud and restore from my icloud backups?

Can anyone help me?

Why dont you sign in via settings > iCloud?
