Low RAM on iPod Touch 4G (help?)

my ipod touch is just a couple months old, and has low RAM which is very irritating.

i have the following tweaks/themes/apps:

LiveOS (Lockscreen weather only)
Carbon Star (with a custom background)
SBSettings (with Serious SBSettings HD theme, available RAM, battery %, etc)
FakeOperator
Iconoclasm (5x4)
Scrolling Board (Dock only, 5 rows)
SBSettings Addon for Scrolling Board & Notification Center

only gets around 40-50Mb of RAM (Max when EVERYTHING closed, cache deleted ~80Mb), had 160Mb with most of the same tweaks a few weeks ago. Can't really listen to music and open apps at the same time, my 2G iPod Touch had about the same RAM except it didn't close the app when it got to 7Mb, it did when it hit 2Mb. LiveOS doesn't seem to take any RAM.

I have all the necessary LaunchDaemons disabled!
