Siri dictation?

Hey guys, i have an iphone 4s (jb) but i dont have siri dictation (bought in portugal).
My screen looks something like this:

as u can see theres no siri dictation option.
How can i enable this option?

iPhone 4S should have Siri dictation. Idk why you don't. The jailbreak can't interfere with the Siri prefs.

no, it's not a problem of the jailbreak. I never had the siri dictation. maybe it's because i bought it in portugal, but i have siri on it.
my firmware is 5.0.1.
is there a way to enable it? like the panoramic camera or android autocorrect?

There's no option for Siri dictation to be enabled in the settings app. :/ only for Siri itself.

not even if i edit some files of the iphone with iBackupBot, or something like this?

i just found out that if i change my iphone's language to english the siri dictation is available to use, but it doesn't make sense. how can i enable it to work on portuguese? any1?
