Missing delete button

Hey all, being fairly prolific here but having a few problems with ios 5.0.1! iBooks stopped working following jailbreak (shock horror) and I used the iBooks 2 fix to try to rectify this. It's didn't and now I cannot even delete iBooks to sort this as it seems to missing the delete button when it's wiggling (see pic) any ideas? iTunes can't seem to remove it either! All help appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. I finally got it off. Try reinstalling iBooks then delete it when it's loading. Still can't get iBooks to work though
