Default iPhone 3gs camera not working on iOS 5.0.1

Hi, I have an iPhone 3gs jailbroken and unlocked on 5.0.1. Everything else is fine but whenever i open my camera application, the app stays frozen at the shutter screen and never opens up. I think it's just the application that freezes, not the phone, because i can simply exit the app by pushing the home button. Any ideas? Thanks guys

Probably the jailbreak. This is what usually happens when you alter the apple software.

When you say app you mean the camera icon or you bought another one off of AppStore?

I have had the same issues with my 3gs camera.app.....I'm using custom ipsw to restore... I tried to restore with backup and also clean restore as a new phone without jailbroken... the camera still not working..... so this not the jailbreak problem... I'm going to try restoring with apple firmware now... see what's happen next

you guys already fix this problem? and you guys use custom ipsw or apple firmware?
