Spire Wont Download

I am very new to jail breaking and was having some trouble getting Spire to download. I managed to get it installed but it literally takes 1 min to finish and when I hold the home button, It just voice control, no siri

I have tried re adding the big boss source, i have re tried plenty of times, no luck. Most of the time, it freezes on Preparing Spire
