redsn0w 10b3 - 6000ms Giving Up

Hello, I am have iphone 4 ios 5.01 - untether jb with redsnow 10b1 - tried to rerun 10b3 to fix ibooks

My phone says Error, no successful firmware download after 6000ms - Giving up - has anybody had this error? What is the fix.

have u tired selecting the fimware urself through the extras?? try downloading firmware the slecting redsn0w to the .ipsw file

I always get this and leave it alone and after some time it continues with the jailbreak!
