Volume Up Button Doesn't Take Pictures

I've searched all over and couldn't find much except one thread on another forum. When I launch my camera from the lockscreen, the volume up button doesn't take pictures as it should. It doesn't do anything when I press the button. The volume up button DOES however take pictures in the camera app from the homescreen. Someone mentioned this was a problem that activator was causing but I do not have anything assigned in activator and cannot uninstall with out uninstalling a lot of other things with it in cydia.

Any help appreciated!

Same thing happened to me a while ago don't know why.. i restored to official firmware and then jailbroke again all was well.

do you have activator installed?

I guess activator was the culprit, the update yesterday fixed the problem!
