RedSn0w vs Corona?

Hi,
i jailbroke my iPhone 4 with RedSn0w b2. Would it cause any issue's to install Corona over the top of it? Is there an option to not install Cydia (probably wont anyway as its installed through Cydia) and, mostly, are there any benefits in doing this at all?
The reason I have been thinking of doing this is because SBSettings wont hide icons and I am wondering if its the RedSn0w JB causing it?

Why would you not install cydia? There's no need to run corona if you jailbroke with redsnow.

Because when you apply RedSn0w b2 over b1 it tells you not tick install cydia.

Just FYI...there is a b3 out there now with the mobile substrate fix...

Cool. Gonna b3 it when i get in. Today i got a substrate update update via Cydia and now my icons hide and the side swipe activation works for sbsetiings. Still gonna do b3 to be safe. Cheers

I don't think u need to unless u wanna restore again...if everything works and is stable ...leave it alone...

Updated b3 over the the top of of b2, all good, still got a substrate update after :-O

Hmm...interesting...

I quit...I'm going non JB for a while...gotta see if this batt drain is JB tweak, or just 5.0.1...

ive never noticed, been updating my phone all day , reapplying the mods i had so Ive had USB'd up :-\
