Cydia plus everything I download wont open anymore

My girlfriends phone is a 3GS jailbroken phone and everything worked fine until tonight where her phone froze so I rebooted it and cydia plus everything she downloaded from it stopped working. They open and close right away.. Is there anyway she can fix this??

If u did a cold boot...hold sleep n home down till screen goes off, then push sleep/power button till apple comes up, then try..if that doesn't work, make sure everything is backed up off the phone cuz u most likely need a restore...
