Apparrently you can decode this on an iPhone, but how? Maybe I am thinking too technical, but i'm thinking some sort of decimal to text conversion, but maybe its way

    Apparrently you can decode this on an iPhone, but how? Maybe I am thinking too technical, but i'm thinking some sort of decimal to text conversion, but maybe its way easier.

    Come on! Us hackers/modders can decode something that isnt meant to be impossible. Is there an app for this?
