Default 3GS no WiFI & bluetooth
I bought an iPhone 3GS 32GB and it has no WiFI & bluetooth and restarts occasionally.

When I go General / About, I can't see the modem firmware and the bluetooth mac address is all 0's.

WiFi says No Wifi and Bluetooth says unavailable.

I've tried restoring it to the iPad baseband but it hasn't help.

I've never seen it before, but saw a post here and the conclusion that everyone came to was that the guy had bricked the baseband modem/chip, and they only way to fix it is to get a new baseband chip. or you could try flashing the iPad bb again. can't hurt
