HELP! iPhone stuck on Apple Logo

-iPhone 3GS 8GB
-iOS 5 (latest one)

Playing a game and i didnt realize the battery was dying so it turned itself off, now whenever I use redsn0w to boot it up, it still goes back to the Apple logo and remains stuck.

Finally kept booting it with redsn0w and finally turned on, but now after 5 mins or so, it turns off and goes back to Apple logo..

Now what?

oh another thing,

when I plug it in through iTunes (during the 5 mins it is on) I get the statement "Apple Mobile Device service is not started" then it'll reboot

(does this have to do with iTunes updating? i just updated literally 20 minutes ago)

same story here..

i need to retrieve for the less the pictures from the device.
open ssh is installed but turned off in sbsetting (but if i remember good it use to turn itself on after an unknown period of time.. speaking in minutes)

3 days without a phone. and still trying to get in..

let me know if any1 has a clue.. google may know my favorite color but does not know anything helpful right now..
