RULES: Is a subscription model 30 days, surely not?

We are planning on having the app so a billion people can just think "Oh I want to know what the tip is today" and they pay $1.99 and get it like an iTune song. Is that possible? Then in four days time if they want another one, they pay $1.99 and get the tip for that day. That is how we are thinking?
I HAVE BEEN TOLD NO, CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS PLS?

GIVEN THAT YOU CAN BUY A MAGAINE OR A SONG ANYTIME THEN WHY NOT DAILY TRADING INFORMATION?

Well I run a very successful Tipping/ Trading website called ChampionProfits.com and to get the daily tips/trades on world sport you must be a member/subscriber and they will be emailed to you everyday.
I want the product to be available ads an App
I have been told that people just cant log on and get the tips periodically. Is that correct?
I want the product, which has a 77% strike rate over 2 years, to be available to the millions of people anywhere in the world anytime who may not have a website membership.
Can they just download the App and then pay say $1.99 for the daily tips whenever they want them?
