iPhone on tv through USB?

Probably a dumb question and I'm sure it's not possible but I'll ask anyway. Is there any way through a jailbreak tweak to display videos off of an iPhone to a tv through USB? I know I've seen some that let you display it through a tv through I believe component and composite jacks, so I know THAT'S possible at least, but does anyone know about USB?
